How do I place an order for custom candy?
Use our online store and email any necessary art files after the custom candy order is placed by email.
Call us at 800-303-0965 to place an order over the phone and then email any necessary art file for your customized candy wrappers after the order is placed.
Do I get to see a proof before production of my custom candy wrapper order?
Yes! After we receive your order and any necessary art file from you we will send you an artwork approval via fax or email. Providing a fax number may help expedite your order.
If I place my order today with minniemints.com when will I receive my personalized candy order?
Normal production time is 5-10 business days from the time the order is placed. Ground shipping is 1-5 days after the order ships depending on your distance from Iowa. Feel free to call us if you need help determining which shipping method to choose. When you place your order, please tell us the date when you need the mints in hand. (Mints will arrive by the end of the business day you select.)
Can I get my personalized candy any sooner than your normal production time?
Yes, we do offer a 2 business day rush service for orders under 5,000 pieces. The fee for rush service is $50. If you place an order before 10:00 a.m. CST on any business day (Day 0), and your signed artwork approval is sent back by 9:00 a.m. CST the following business day (Day 1), we will ship your product on the 2nd business day (Day 2). Please call us to help choose the appropriate shipping method for your event date.

No. Only a one-color imprint is available.
What is the personalized candy wrapper size and imprint area?
The wrapper size is 1-1/8" tall by 2-3/8" wide. The maximum imprint area is 3/4" tall by 1-7/16" wide.
Can I change my imprint color, wrapper color, or candy type on my personalized candy within my order?
Yes, each such change incurs a $40 charge. You will need to call in orders that require these changes, as they are not available on the online store. Please call 800-303-0965 to place an order.
Can I get quantities between the price breaks?
On orders of 1000 candies or less, you must order on one of our quantity breaks. On orders over 1000 pieces, you may order any increment of 1000 between quantity breaks. Please call 800-303-0965 when your desired quantity does not fall on a quantity break.
